Kluge Omnifolder
Kluge Omnifolder. It’s up and running! We completed the installation of our new Kluge Omnifolder. This new machine will let us greatly expand the variety of folders we can complete, as well as allow us to finish some layouts on the machine that now require hand assembly. We’re excited as this move will provide a marked improvement to our customer service offerings for glued pieces. Kluge provided us a layout sheet with many different configurations that can run on this gluer without the need for hand gluing. We have posted a copy of the layout document with sketches of the many unusual layouts the manufacturer says can be run on the Omnifolder. We are in the process of editing that list to reflect only those layouts we know we can now run on our machine. However, if you have an unusual layout, send us a sketch and we’ll work to figure out how to run it.
