Bindery offers competitive benefits, including:
* Vacation: 4
weeks after 10 years (9 employees are currently enjoying this benefit!);
3 weeks after 5 years; 2 after 2; and 1 week after a year.
* Medical: We pay a substantial portion of full-time employees' insurance
premiums,
after 90 days of employment.
* Dental: We pay a substantial portion of the premium after 90 days of employment.
